Interface Work
That Fits the Job
Every project starts with the same question: are you designing something new, fixing something that frustrates people, or handing designs to a development team? The answer decides the scope.
Not sure which you need? That's what the strategy call is for.
End-to-end interface design for apps, platforms and dashboards. Research, user flows, wireframes and production-ready screens. Pairs with mobile app development.
For products with users who drop off, abandon, or complain. We identify where the journey breaks, then redesign the parts that are costing you conversions.
Reusable components, states and documentation so your team builds consistently. Worth doing once a product has more than a handful of screens.
How it works
Our UI/UX Design Process
Every project follows the same five stages, so you always know what is happening now and what comes next. You approve each stage before we move on, and you own every file at the end.

Research and Discovery
We learn who uses your product, what they are trying to do, and where they currently get stuck. Depending on scope this means user interviews, analytics review, or session recordings. You get findings in writing before design begins.
Flows and Wireframes
We map the journeys users take and lay out the structure of each screen before any visual design happens. Wireframes are quick to change, so this is where we solve the hard problems rather than after everything looks finished.
Interface Design
We design the screens in Figma, applying your brand or building the visual language from scratch. Every state gets designed: empty, loading, error, and success, not just the version that looks good in a presentation.
Prototype and Test
We build a clickable prototype and put it in front of real users. Watching five people attempt a task tells you more than any internal debate, and the fixes are far cheaper at this stage than after development.
Handover and Support
Your developers get organised Figma files with components, spacing, and specifications documented. We stay available during the build to answer questions, because designs always meet reality somewhere.

Our Work in Action
Every project on this page started as someone's business problem, not a design brief. Have a look at how we approached each one, then tell us about yours.

Development is quoted separately. We are happy to hand designs to your own team or build them ourselves.
Tailored to the Market
Interfaces, Built for Hong Kong
We have spent years designing products for this market, and the things that trip up overseas agencies are the things we handle by default. Here is what that means in practice.

Your Questions, Answered
The questions we get asked most often on a first call, answered properly. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will give you a straight answer rather than a quote request.
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX is how a product works: the flows, the structure, and whether people can complete what they came to do. UI is how it looks: layout, colour, typography and the visual detail. They are separate disciplines but rarely separate projects, since a beautiful interface over a broken flow still fails and a well-structured product that looks unfinished loses trust.
How much does UI/UX design cost in Hong Kong?
Our packages start at HK$12,000 for a UX audit of an existing product, HK$30,000 for full product design, and HK$55,000 for larger products with a design system and usability testing. What moves the price is screen count, whether you need bilingual layouts, and how much research the project needs before design starts.
Do I need UI/UX design or web design?
If you need a website that markets your business, web design covers it and includes the interface work. UI/UX as a separate service makes sense when you are building a product: an app, a booking system, a dashboard, or a platform where people log in and do things rather than read and enquire.
Can you work with our existing development team?
Yes, and a good portion of our UI/UX work is delivered this way. We hand over organised Figma files with named components, documented spacing and every state designed, then stay available during the build to answer questions. Your developers do not need to guess what we intended.
What deliverables do I actually receive?
Depending on scope: research findings, user flows, wireframes, full interface designs in Figma, a clickable prototype, and a component library. Everything is delivered in editable Figma files that belong to you. You can hand them to any developer or agency, now or later, without needing anything from us.
How long does a UI/UX project take?
A UX audit takes around two weeks. Product design usually runs four to eight weeks depending on screen count. Larger products with usability testing and a design system take longer. The variable is rarely design time, it is how quickly decisions and feedback come back from your side.
Do you do usability testing?
Yes, on larger projects. We put a clickable prototype in front of real users and watch them attempt specific tasks. Five participants usually surfaces most of the significant problems, and fixing them at prototype stage costs a fraction of what it costs after development. It is included in the top tier and available as an add-on otherwise.
Can you design for both English and Chinese?
Yes. Chinese text is typically shorter than the equivalent English, which changes how layouts behave: buttons resize, navigation shifts, and line breaks fall differently. We design versions that can adapt to both English and Chinese. See our guide to multilingual websites.
Do you build what you design?
We can, but we do not require it. Plenty of clients take our designs to their own developers or to an offshore team. If you want us to build it, web design and mobile app development are quoted separately. There is no discount conditional on using us for both, and no penalty for not.
Who owns the design files?
You do. The Figma files, the components, the prototypes and the research are all yours outright. We transfer ownership of the Figma project at the end so you are not dependent on us to access your own work. If you move to another agency, everything goes with you.
