Tailored E-Commerce Solutions
Shopify Stores
That Fit the Job
Every project starts with the same question: how many products are you selling, and how often does the store change? That decides whether you need a theme or a custom build.
Not sure which you need? That's what the strategy call is for.
A premium Shopify theme, configured and branded around your products. The fastest and most affordable route to a store that looks professional and works properly.
Bespoke Figma designs built as a custom Shopify theme, with the product templates, filtering, and checkout flow shaped around how you actually sell.
For stores that no longer convert, or buisinesses moving to Shopify from WooCommerce, Wix, or a platform nobody can edit. Your product data moves with you.
How it works
Our Shopify Development Process
Every project follows the same five stages, so you always know what is happening now and what comes next. You approve the design before we build, and you own everything at the end.

Discover and Define
We start by learning what you sell, how many products, and who will manage the store. If you have an existing store we audit it first. You get an agreed scope, product structure, and timeline in writing before design begins.
Design and Develop
We design your key templates in Figma, covering homepage, collection, product, and cart, and revise them until you sign off. Then we build them as a Shopify theme and load your product catalogue.
Test and Refine
Before launch we place test orders end to end, checking payment, tax, shipping rates, and confirmation emails. We also test across browsers and devices and check load times on product and collection pages.
Launch and Grow
We handle the launch and domain connection, set up Analytics and Search Console, and run a training session on the Shopify admin. The store, the theme, and the product data are all yours.
Ongoing Support and Maintenance
Every project includes 30 days of free maintenance. After that, support and updates are available monthly if you want them, and entirely optional if you do not.

Our Work in Action
Every project on this page started as someone's business problem, not a design brief. Have a look at how we approached each one, then tell us about yours.

Tailored to the Market
Shopify, Built for Hong Kong
We have spent years building Shopify stores for this market, and the things that trip up overseas agencies are the things we handle by default. Here is what that means in practice.

Your Questions, Answered
The questions we get asked most often on a first call, answered properly. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will give you a straight answer rather than a quote request.
How much does a Shopify store cost in Hong Kong?
Our packages start at HK$15,000 for a theme-based store, HK$40,000 for a custom Figma design built as a Shopify theme, and HK$60,000 for premium builds with multilingual or subscription functionality. What moves the price is product count, how much custom template work you need, and whether you need one language or two. Our guide to web design costs in Hong Kong breaks down the difference.
What are the ongoing costs after launch?
Shopify charges a monthly subscription plus a transaction fee on each sale, both paid directly to Shopify rather than through us. Paid apps and premium themes are extra if you need them, and we will tell you before adding anything. Beyond that, hosting and SSL are included in your Shopify plan, so there is nothing further to pay unless you want ongoing maintenance from us.
Which payment methods can Hong Kong customers use?
We set up whichever gateway suits your business. We have worked with Stripe, PayPal, PayDollar and AsiaPay, covering credit cards and the options most local shoppers expect at checkout. We configure currency, tax rules and checkout fields to match how you actually sell, so overseas customers can buy without friction and local customers are not forced through an unfamiliar process.
Can you build the store in English and Traditional Chinese?
Yes. We set up both languages as separate page sets with their own URLs and correct hreflang tags, so each version ranks on its own rather than one being treated as a copy. Product titles, descriptions and collection pages are translated properly. If you already have Chinese copy we will use it, and if not, we can arrange a native writer.
Should I use Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify suits businesses where selling is the main event: hosting, security and payments are handled for you, and the admin is straightforward. WooCommerce makes more sense when the store is attached to a content-heavy site you are already running on WordPress. We explain the trade-offs on the call rather than steering you toward whichever we prefer building.
Can I migrate an existing store to Shopify?
Yes. We move products, collections, customer records and order history where the source platform allows it, and set up redirects so your existing URLs do not break and your search rankings carry over. Migrations from WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace are all routine. We audit the current store first and tell you honestly what will and will not transfer cleanly.
Can I manage the store myself?
Yes, and most clients do. Shopify's admin is designed for non-technical users, so adding products, editing descriptions, running discounts and processing orders are all straightforward. We run a training session at launch, one hour or one and a half depending on your package, and you keep the recording so new staff can catch up later.
Can you help me get found after launch?
Every build includes the technical SEO basics: clean URLs, meta information, alt tags and a correct site structure. Beyond that we offer ongoing SEO and digital marketing as a separate monthly service. There is no obligation to take it, and we will tell you plainly whether your store needs marketing support or whether it will do fine on its own for now.
Is government funding available?
Possibly, for eligible Hong Kong SMEs. Several schemes cover website and e-commerce projects, though the eligibility rules differ between them. We can provide the itemised quotation and project scope most schemes ask for. We are a web design agency rather than funding consultants, so we do not submit applications on your behalf, but our guide to government funding for websites explains the options.
Who owns the store?
You do. The Shopify account, the theme files, the product data, the customer list and the domain are all in your name. There is no arrangement where we hold the account and you rent access. If you ever want to move to another agency or manage it in-house, nothing needs to transfer because it was always yours.
