Managed Hosting Solutions
Hosting That Fits the Job
We are the people who set up your website hosting properly, keep an eye on it, and sort it out when something breaks, so you are not learning about server configuration on a Tuesday afternoon.
Not sure which you need? That's what the strategy call is for.
We set up your hosting, configure SSL, caching and backups, and manage the account. You get the performance without needing to understand any of it.
Moving an existing site from another host, or from a developer who has disappeared. We handle the transfer, the DNS, and the redirects with minimal downtime.
Hosting keeps the site online. Maintenance keeps it working. Most clients take both, and it is cheaper combined than separately.
How it works
Our Hosting Setup Process
Every setup follows the same five stages, so you always know what is happening now and what comes next. The account is registered in your name from the start.
We reply within one business day.
Assess and Recommend
We look at your site's size, traffic, and what it runs on, then recommend a plan that fits. We will tell you if a cheaper option would do the job, because oversized hosting is a common and unnecessary expense.
Set Up the Account
We create the hosting account in your business name, with you as the account holder. You hold the login details throughout, and we work as an authorised user rather than holding the keys ourselves.
Configure and Optimise
SSL certificate, caching, image optimisation, PHP version and server-level settings all configured for your specific site rather than left on defaults. This is where most of the speed difference actually comes from.
Migrate and Test
If you are moving from another host, we transfer files and databases, update DNS, and verify everything works before switching over. We keep the old host live until the new one is confirmed working.
Monitor and Manage
We keep an eye on uptime and performance, apply server-level updates, and handle support tickets with the host on your behalf. When something breaks, you message us rather than explaining the problem to a stranger.

Tailored to the Market
Hosting, Built for Hong Kong
We have spent years hosting sites for this market, and the things that trip up overseas providers are the things we handle by default. Here is what that means in practice.

Your Questions, Answered
The questions we get asked most often on a first call, answered properly. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will give you a straight answer rather than a quote request.
Do you run your own servers?
No, and you should be sceptical of any agency our size that claims to. We set up and manage hosting on SiteGround, which operates the infrastructure, and we handle everything on top: configuration, optimisation, monitoring, backups and support. What you are paying us for is the management layer, not the metal.
Why not just buy hosting directly?
You can, and if you are comfortable configuring caching, managing SSL renewals, updating PHP versions and diagnosing a 500 error at eight in the morning, you probably should. Most business owners are not, and do not want to be. What we sell is not access to a server, it is not having to think about one.
How much does hosting cost in Hong Kong?
Our managed hosting starts at HK$400 per month, hosting with maintenance from HK$1,200, and business plans from HK$2,500. The underlying hosting subscription is billed at cost and paid directly by you, so you can see exactly what goes to the host and what covers our management. Nothing is marked up quietly.
What uptime can I expect?
SiteGround publishes its own uptime commitment of 99.9%. We monitor your site independently and will tell you if performance drops. What we do not do is offer our own guarantee on infrastructure we do not operate, because that would be a promise we cannot keep.
Where will my site be hosted?
We choose the data centre closest to your primary audience, which for most Hong Kong businesses means the Singapore region rather than the US or Europe. This makes a measurable difference to load times. If most of your traffic is elsewhere, we will recommend accordingly and explain the trade-off.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes, and most of our hosting clients arrive this way. We transfer files, databases and email configuration, update DNS, and verify everything works on the new host before switching over. The old host stays live throughout, so if anything is wrong we can point back while we fix it. Downtime is usually minutes rather than hours.
What happens if my site goes down?
You message us. We work out whether it is the host, the domain, the CMS or something in the code, and we handle it from there. Uptime monitoring means we often know before you do. If it is a host-side problem we raise the ticket and chase it, rather than handing you a support URL and wishing you luck.
Are backups included?
Yes. Daily automated backups on every plan, retained so a site can be restored to a recent working state. We also take a manual backup before any significant change. Restoring from backup is included rather than billed as an emergency, because charging extra at the worst possible moment is not how we want to work.
Do I need maintenance as well as hosting?
They are different things. Hosting keeps the site online. Maintenance keeps the software updated, the security patched and the content current. If your site runs on WordPress you almost certainly want both, since WordPress needs regular updating. Platforms like Shopify and Framer handle more of this themselves
Who owns the hosting account?
You do. The account is registered in your business name with you as the account holder, and we work as an authorised user. This matters if you ever leave: your site stays exactly where it is, your data stays yours, and there is no handover process because there is nothing to hand over.
